SEATTLE SMALL BUSINESS STABILIZATION FUND deadline for applications is November 9 www.seattle.gov/SmallBusinessStabilizationFund $5,000, $10,000 and $20,000 grants to eligible small businesses to be used on operational expenses such as rent, wages, equipment and more.   3. NOVEMBER IS GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP MONTH Application Period: October 1-14, 2021 The Comcast RISE Investment Fund is offering $10,000 in grant funding to small business owned by people of color.
